The Philly EMT's Choice Collar is molded from high-density polyethylene with foam padding and features our patented chin support. The collar is easy and quick to apply in either a supine or a seated position. It features an oversized trachea opening for quick access to carotid pulse monitoring and emergency tracheotomies. A pre-molded level chain support maintains neutral alignment and provides mandible support that adapts to the individual patients unique jaw line.
